The Würth Group is the world market leader in the development, manufacture and sale of assembly and fastening materials. The founding and largest individual company of the Würth Group is Adolf Würth GmbH & Co. KG in Künzelsau. The Würth Group closed the 2022 financial year with record results: According to the preliminary consolidated financial statements, the company generated sales of EUR 19.95 billion, of which Adolf Würth GmbH & Co. KG generated EUR 2.3 billion. The Würth Group employs more than 85,000 people worldwide, more than 7,600 work at Adolf Würth GmbH & Co. KG.

We are a family business

The partnership remains the strongest link between Würth and its four million customers worldwide. In Germany, we work with over 650,000 customers from trade, construction and industry. A huge number, but we can only do justice to our guiding principle if we focus on each individual customer: Every customer has their own Würth. With specially tailored solutions and offers, the 1-man craft business can concentrate on its actual work just as much as the global industrial company. Innovative solutions are created in direct interaction with our customers. We rely on a mix of direct sales, stationary trade and e-business. More than 43,000 employees in sales look after our customers worldwide personally on site. 

Our philosophy

We owe it to Reinhold Würth that the Würth Group has a clear business orientation: It is marked by a strong brand policy, future-oriented product strategy, closeness to the customer, clear quality offensive, thinking in terms of visions and not least by a strong corporate culture. Bettina Würth, Reinhold Würth’s daughter and Chairwoman of the Advisory Board together with the members of the Central Managing Board see to it that these values are filled with life and developed further.
