Accounts & Credit Control Clerk

Duties:
• Maintain a good relationship with the company’s customers. This includes replying to customers’ accounts related queries in a timely and accurate manner.
• Check and process daily payments received from customers including bank transfers.
• Record and reconcile payments in customer accounts.
• Manage the company’s Accounts Receivables by controlling customer account balances and following up on amounts due by our customers on a daily basis.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills and fluency in the Maltese language are essential.
• Assist in other departmental duties as may be required from time to time.
• Be a team player.• Previous experience in a smiliar role will be considered an asset.
