High-strength adhesive strengthened with structural fibres

Glass fibre reinforcement

Thanks to the integrated glass fibre reinforcement, outstanding adhesive strength is achieved even with adhesive bonds under heavy loads.

Tested adhesive properties

  • Tested water resistance level D4 in accordance with EN 204 (test number: 50533042/3)
  • Thermal stability in accordance with EN 14257 - Watt 91 (test number: 505 33042/4)

Hardens quickly

  • Fast reaction time with high initial strength after just approx. 15 minutes.
  • Enables you to continue working quickly.

Transparent hardening

Wide range of adhesion

Slightly foaming

Can be sanded and painted over

Resistant to weathering and ageing

Silicon-free

Notice

For safety reasons, the adhesive bead must not be more than 2.5 mm.

Application area

Gluing flush joints in wooden window construction, bonding angle brackets in aluminium window and door construction, gluing board joints in wooden front doors, front door panels, stairway steps, handrails, gluing sandwich panels and round arches, kitchen worktops, processing natural stone, window sills and skirting boards. Ideally suited for bonding of head blocks.

For adhesion of wood, metal, painted aluminium, hard PVC, concrete, natural stone, artificial stone, laminated materials, ceramics, hard foams made from phenol resin and polyurethane

Instructions

The surfaces of the substrates to be glued must be dry and free of dust and grease. Remove any release agent that may be present. Depending on the material and the surface quality, the adhesive surfaces are pre-treated, sanded, cleaned, and a small amount of adhesive is applied. Priming the adhesive surfaces is recommended in some cases.

Multi-fibre adhesive is applied to one of the bonded parts as a bead, or applied over the whole surface using the spatula. The adhesive is moisture-curing, which means that when sticking non-absorbent materials or very dry materials, the applied adhesive must be dusted (misted) with water to achieve complete curing.

The parts are bonded within a skin-forming time (max. 3 min. after wetting) and, if necessary, pressed together to achieve functional strength. The amount applied should be around 200 g/m², depending on the material.
