Fire Retardant B1 PU Foam is a one-component polyurethane assembly foam and is based on a moisture curing polyurethane prepolymer. The propellant mixture is free of CFC´s, complying with the EU regulations regarding greenhouse gases, KOM (2003) 492 final 2003/0189 (COD). The development and manufacture of all products are subject to our approved quality assurance system according to ISO 9001/EN 29001.

All-purpose in use
• Suitable for many applications both indoors and outdoors.

• Outstanding adhesion on virtually all construction surfaces.

• Can be plastered, painted and adhered over after hardening.

• Age-resistant, non-rotting, mould- and rot-resistant. Not UV-resistant.

• Certified to the latest British / European standards.

• Classification report:EN13501-2:2009+A1:2010EN1366-4 up to EI 240.

• Fire resistance up to 240 minutes per building joint.

• Approved installations - a Linear gap sealant in vertical construction.

Outstanding dimensional stability and quick hardening

• No volume shrinkage.

• Only minimal post-stretching once hardening is complete.

All common construction surfaces, such as concrete, masonry, stone, plaster, wood, corrosion-protected metal, polystyrene, PIR/PUR hand foam, polyester and hard PVC. Does not adhere to PE, PP, PTFE or silicone.
